I like an item. How do I buy it?

If you are interested in one or more items from SCHAAF, please contact us. We will answer all your questions as soon as possible and work with you on selecting the appropriate size. When you have decided to buy, we will arrange payment and shipping.

HOW DO I PAY?

If you have decided to buy a SCHAAF product, the easiest way is by bank transfer or PayPal.

I DON`T LIVE IN THE EU, CAN I ORDER ANYWAY?

We usually do not ship to non EU countries for tax reasons. BUT- if you just cannot excist without a certain SCHAAF-item and you live in a non EU country,  please get in contact with us and we will find a way.

HOW MUCH IS MY ITEM IN GBP (OR OTHER CURRENCY)?

Sorry, but the only accepted currency at SCHAAF is Euro. For a quick reference, you can convert any currency into Euros at www.xe.com, updated daily.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

It depends on the weight of the product and the destination the product has to be sent to.
We will inform you about shipping costs before you pay.

WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

Everything we sell is shipped from our studio in Munich, Germany.

WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN’T FIT?

Please notify us immediately upon arrival. Items (except orders with specifications) can be returned for the correct size or a different item or a credit note for your next order. Please read our return policy in terms and conditions.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY BODY HEIGHT?

We have a lot of experience in taking measurements. It helps us to categorize you in the right size if we know how tall you are.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via DHL-Deutsche Post Air Mail, a very fast and reliable option.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Go to www.deutschepost.de, and then click on ‘Sendungsstatus’ at the top-right corner, enter your tracking number and date.

IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SHIPMENT?

It is extremely rare that packages go missing with DHL/Deutsche Post; however if the last updated date on your tracking is more than 20 days old, please contact us and we will look further into it.
